I opened The HomeBuyer’s Advocate because buyers need a company who will represent their best interests. Sure, you know all of the big real estate companies around. But how many of them are established to protect the rights of the buyer and not the seller? How many of them are there for the consumer (you)? There are many good real estate companies but the #1 goal of most of them is to “sell houses;” and maybe even sell you one. At The HomeBuyer’s Advocate it isn’t our job to “sell” you anything because we work on your side as the consumer. We don’t “sell houses,” we represent buyers who buy them. It may seem like a small difference but there is a world of difference between an agent who is trying to sell you a home and one that is trying to help you buy one.
