Upon graduating from USC with a million-dollar debt from ill-advised real estate transactions, Walter Sanford set out to prove himself as a REALTOR and broker.  After being one of the highest producing REALTORS in the nation, Mr. Sanford has authored over ten systems as a real estate speaker, trainer, and coach.  In this session, he will cover bargaining for more up front counseling time, understanding third-party endorsement benefits, knowing that tough markets require real motivation, showing "off market" properties, being a nice negotiator, applying checklists and systems, learning to write tighter contracts and short sale negotiations, utilizing a problem checklist, and teaming up with your affiliates.

A technology seminar by a former top-producing real estate professional, delivered in English (not technical-ese), that will help you determine which Internet and other technology tools and techniques will increase your business and production, as well as ways to maximize their effectiveness!  With constant demands on their time, agents do not have time to acquaint themselves with all the available technology, nor to keep up with its rapid changes.  Another problem agents face is the fact that many functions are contained in multiple programs, causing redundancy and lost time and money spent purchasing and learning unnecessary programs.  From computer security to maximizing available technologies to Internet marketing techniques, this seminar is chock full of ideas, as well as interesting and often humorous insights Sandy will share in order to help agents become more productive and use technology wisely.

Continue networking with your fellow EBAs under the sea.  Mears transportation will arrive at the Regal Sun Resort to take attendees to Epcot where we will be escorted to The Living Seas Pavilion.  Dinner will be served in a private area with a perfect view of their 5.7 million gallon aquarium which houses sand tiger sharks, loggerhead turtles, and scores of tropical fish.  After dinner, enjoy a dessert reception in a private, premium viewing area of the nighttime spectacular IllumiNations: Reflections of Earth. Included in all complete packages, but not included in Thursday only session. Additional tickets can be purchased for those attendees or for family members or guests.
